Track 02
Project Management
I plan, resource, and deliver complex programs — and because I come from a technical background, I can design the SOPs, dashboards, and survey instruments myself rather than just managing the people who do. Below are three programs I've led end-to-end.

Overview
Led a ₦10 billion (~$6.25M USD) reforestation project in the Ehor Forest Reserve, end-to-end — from field operations to carbon-credit-grade documentation — as Sustainability Lead and Project Manager at Teasoo Consulting.
Scope & responsibilities
- Directly and indirectly managed a workforce of 94 staff responsible for nursery raising, planting, and logistics.
- Owned compliance with the Verra VM0047 methodology for carbon credit generation across all field and documentation workstreams.
- Designed the operational document suite from scratch: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), planting logs, and field tracking dashboards.
- Audited and aligned vendor practices to ensure delivery matched the VM0047 methodology requirements.
- Reviewed and ensured compliance of core regulatory documents — the Project Design Document (PDD) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) — against Verra's standards.
Why it mattered
Carbon credit projects live or die on documentation rigor and field traceability. Building the SOPs, logs, and dashboards myself meant the program had a single source of truth that field staff, vendors, and auditors could all work from — directly protecting the project's carbon credit eligibility.
