I work both sides of the table: as a Data Analyst who builds the dashboards and runs the statistics, and as a Technical Project Manager who plans, resources, and delivers the programs that depend on that data. Five years in, I've offered analytical services across Real Estate, HR, Customer Service, Healthcare, IT, Interior Design, and Education, and I've project managed multi-million dollar programs in sustainability, social impact, and telecoms.

On the technical side, I'm proficient in Power BI and Excel dashboarding, SQL data cleaning and transformation, and financial and econometric analysis using SPSS and Stata. I also work with qualitative data through tools like NVivo and Delve, which has let me lead survey design, focus group analysis, and large-scale qualitative reporting on top of my quantitative work.

On the project management side, I've led teams ranging from 5 to 94 people — from data analysts building KPI dashboards to PhDs and field staff delivering a 14-community social impact assessment to a 94-person reforestation operation generating Verra-compliant carbon credit documentation. Because I can do the underlying technical work myself, I plan programs realistically and can step in on design, SOPs, dashboards, or analysis whenever a team needs it.
